PROJECT 01 Live

The Leverage Audit

A live AI diagnostic that scores a small business's operational drift and sends back a personalized report — no sales call, no fluff.

The problem
SMB owners know they're losing hours every week — but can't see where, or what to fix first.
What I built
A twelve-question intake feeds a scoring engine that calculates a Leverage Index across four drift categories, then an AI model writes a tailored report. Runs end-to-end on infrastructure I deployed and control.

Daily Virality Scanner

A content-intelligence pipeline that pulls from social feeds, finds the themes and hashtags gaining traction, and hands back concrete content ideas.

The problem
Knowing what to actually post. Most small operators guess at content instead of targeting what their audience is already responding to.
What I built
A workflow that scrapes social and personal post data across platforms, condenses it, and runs it through an AI model for trend analysis — outputting a structured report of content suggestions. Validated with successful runs and clean structured output.

Interactive Budget Tool

A custom, interactive dashboard that makes week-to-week finances legible at a glance — savings targets, expense breakdowns, and the numbers that actually drive decisions.

The problem
Off-the-shelf budgeting tools show you everything except what you need to see. The useful view is always the one they don't have.
What I built
A custom interactive tool with dynamic controls and live calculations, rapidly prototyped and then tuned through iteration to surface exactly the cuts and targets that matter — turning raw expenses into a decision view.

I'm Colin. I run Seize Waves, where I help small businesses find and fix Leverage Drift — the operational inefficiency that builds up quietly through tool bloat, broken automation, and work the owner shouldn't be doing.

My background sits at the seam between technical and non-technical: I can spot an operational problem, explain it to someone who doesn't speak software, and build the fix. That diagnose-explain-build triad is the whole job — and it's the throughline behind everything on this page.

Most of what I build is the same shape: a messy, manual, time-leaking process turned into a system that runs on its own.
